Our Commitment

Dre Home Services LLC does not sell your personal information for money. However, certain data sharing practices — such as the use of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure site performance — may be considered "sharing" or use of "sensitive personal information" under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA).

How to Opt Out

You may submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request by any of the following methods:

Option 1: Email

Send a request to info@drehomeservicesllc.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request" and include your full name and the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Option 2: Phone

Call us at (804) 848-9575 and ask to be added to our opt-out list.

Option 3: Use the cookie banner

When you first visit our site, a cookie consent banner appears. Click "Decline" to disable non-essential cookies and analytics tracking for your browser.

What Happens After You Opt Out

  • We will stop sharing your personal information with third-party analytics providers within 15 business days.
  • We will retain a record of your opt-out request as required by law, but will not use your information for marketing or analytics.
  • Your opt-out preference will be stored in your browser (via the cookie banner) for 365 days. After that, you will be prompted to confirm your choice again.
  • You may still receive essential service communications related to active quotes, scheduled appointments, or service contracts — these are not "sharing" under the law.

Authorized Agents

If you are submitting a request on behalf of another person, you must provide written authorization signed by the consumer along with verification of your own identity. Email info@drehomeservicesllc.com for the authorization form.

Non-Discrimination

Dre Home Services LLC will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will receive the same services, pricing, and quality whether or not you opt out.
